Thanks but not goodbye from China Miner Gorman
Everybody who follows the HR blogging community and probably HR pros in general will have heard of China Miner Gorman and her work with SHRM. So I thought I’d share her parting video.
For those who tuned into #HRHappyHour on Friday you would have heard of the community urging China to jump onboard and start blogging. Hopefully she will share her insights from her time with SHRM with the rest of us.

Damon: Well, I’m in day two of unemployment: pretty unnerving what with car payments, a mortgage and all the other financial commitments out there… Thanks for your encouragement to blog. I’m committed and working up to it kind of slowly. I’ve started a list of topics and am fleshing out some thoughts. I dud promis my husband tthat we’d take the month of June off and get some serious R&R. Then I’ll get on the blog train. So, thanks for your moral encouragement — all the way from Australia. Keep up the good fight.
China, Make sure you enjoy your time off and get out there and have a bit of fun. I’m sure lots of people wish they could have a month or to reinvigorate and reenergise the batteries!
I’m sure you will find an exciting project to get your hands into. Maybe a sea change to Australia?
