I’m currently focused on interviewing other people for my podcast, The Culture First Podcast.
While that’s my main focus, I’d love to be a guest on other podcasts or engaged to facilitate conversations about workplace culture, employee engagement, mental health, leadership development, coaching, community building and empathy in the workplace .

You have an amazing mind and such passion about HR. I really admire people of your age that aren’t afraid of reaching for the stars. Idea generation is a valuable skill in what people can often describe as a dull and lifeless industry. Keep on voiceing your ideas and opinions – be sure to absorb knowledge from those around you and keep smiling, for life is short!
